I ordered a charger and the whole checkout thing was smooth enough. Apple Pay worked right away, no issues, and the confirmation email showed up pretty much instantly

I’ve been using this charger for a bit and it’s been working well so far. It feels solid and reliable overall. The cable is a little stiff, but nothing that really bothers me day to day.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I thought they would. They sorted it out without a bunch of back and forth, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I’d say they did a solid job.

I bought this mainly for the wireless charging, but I don’t know, it just hasn’t worked well for me. My phone has to be placed in what feels like the exact right spot or it stops charging, and it gets a bit warm too. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but after a few days I pretty much gave up on using it. Not really worth the hassle for me.

It works okay overall, but the charging speed is slow. It takes around longer than I’d like, so I’m not super impressed with that part...

The site works fine enough, but it feels outdated. I was able to click around without any major issues, but the whole thing gives off this old, cluttered vibe.

The pages feel crowded, the product photos don’t really pop, and some of the colors and buttons seem totally random. It kind of feels like different parts were added over time without anyone really handling the overall look carefully.

I did manage to find chargers, so it’s not unusable, but browsing wasn’t exactly enjoyable. For a tech brand, I expected something cleaner, more modern, and not so carelessly put together.

I bought a charger from mycharge.com a few months ago and it’s been dependable. I use it almost daily for my phone and it hasn’t randomly quit or started acting weird. Battery still lasts well, and the cable connection doesn’t feel loose or cheap. It just works the way it’s supposed to, which is all I wanted. So yeah, no complaints

The return process was fine overall, but the updates were slow and the refund took way longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, but kinda annoying tbh.

I bought this thinking it would be easy to carry around, but it’s way too bulky for my bag. It takes up more space than expected and makes it really inconvenient to use on the go. I’m disappointed, and if this can’t be resolved, I’ll probably have to escalate the complaint or look into returning it

I bought this MyCharge power bank a few months ago, and it’s been good so far. I’ve used it on a couple trips, at work, and just tossed it in my bag for regular days when I know I’ll be out for a while. The battery still holds a charge well, and while I do feel like it maybe doesn’t last quite as long as it did during the first week or two, it’s not a huge difference or anything that’s made me regret buying it.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little longer to recharge than I expected. I’m not sure if I was just expecting it to fill back up faster because it charges my phone well, but the power bank itself definitely needs some time when it’s low. That said, for everyday use it’s been dependable, hasn’t randomly died on me, and does what I need it to do, so overall I’m happy with it.

The pages were loading slow, and confusing the checkout felt to me. It took way longer than it should have, just to get through a simple order.

I asked for a refund a few weeks ago, and I don’t remember every back-and-forth at this point, just that the replies have been really slow and the money still hasn’t come back. Frustrating, especially since that’s the one thing I definitely remember.

I picked this up from MyCharge because I figured paying a bit more would mean noticeably better quality, but i don’t think the value is there. For the price, I expected something that felt more impressive or reliable.

The battery life was fine, but nothing special, and I’ve used cheaper chargers that performed about the same. In my opinion, it’s overpriced for what you actually get, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order showed up in better shape than a lot of other stuff I’ve ordered online. The box wasn’t oversized, and the charger had enough padding around it that it didn’t slide all over the place. No dents or damage at all, which I definitely appreciated. The outer box was plain compared to some nicer packaging I’ve seen, but that’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

I wasn’t expecting much from a basic charging cable, but this one actually feels solid. It’s thick, charges my stuff just fine, and so far hasn’t given me any issues, which is more than I can say for a lot of cables I’ve bought.
